Hope to seaview

This event which is in its 6th year has raised over £37,000 towards research into inherited progressive blindness. On Sunday 28th April walkers will leave the Alamo Ryde at 1pm heading towards Seaview along the seafront.At Seaview Duver approx 2.30 they will then leave there in the way they have chosen (fancy dress, running, hopping, space hopper etc). This is because my wife Linda and I are celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and we have asked participants to get sponsored and use 50 ways to leave the Duver, (Paul Simon song). We will then continue back to Ryde and finish at the King Lud. All money raised will go to research into inherited progressive blindness so that one day those that have lost their sight through this condition and cannot now see the wonderful Island views, can once again hope to see the view.
