This years Dash and Splash the original idea of Aussie volunteer, Frederick Fisher, raising money for Aspire, Ryde.
Our charity 5K beach run, from Shanklin Rowing Club to Yaverland. You can run or walk racing against one of the lowest tides of the season, running around the groynes and sometimes splashing in the low tide. The sea was at it lowest at 9am perfect time for a run/jog/walk
Our thanks to the Marshalls who will line the beach guiding the runners some getting wet! We have Raynet once again on hand and Wight Event first aid ensuring peoples safety.

Registration is £15 before the event £20 on the day - all raising money for Aspire Ryde, supporting the People of the Island in need
