4Ps - Leads to Inclusivity

When Vectis Radio launched in 2010, my vision was simple and unwavering: to open our doors to anyone who wanted to be part of our broadcasting community. With the creation of the 4Ps Training School in 2013, we’ve been able to offer real opportunities to people who might never have been given one elsewhere. Today, many of our 4Ps students are an essential part of the Vectis Radio schedule. In fact, every daytime show between 10am and 4pm proudly features a 4Ps student something we are very proud of.

I’ve always believed that everyone has something valuable to say, and everyone deserves the chance to live their dream of being on the airwaves no matter their background, their confidence level, or the challenges they face.

Our mission is simple: to create opportunities for all. From those still finding their voice to those overcoming learning difficulties, we’re here to help them shine. Over the years, Vectis Radio has earned numerous awards some of them highly prestigious but our greatest achievement will always be our commitment to inclusivity. It’s this ethos that has allowed us to work with truly inspirational individuals.
