Newport to Cowes Road has reopened

Road closures

In Wroxall St John's Road from Worsley Drive to Grove Road. Until 16:00 on 30th April.

In Brighstone Military Road  is closed between New Road and Marsh Green until 5pm on Thursday, 2^nd April. The road will close again between Tuesday, 7^th April to Friday, 10^th April and Monday, 13^th April to Friday, 17^th April.

In Ventnor Southgrove Road from Macrocarpa Road to Grove Road. Until 5th February 2027.

Temporary Lights and Diversions

In Lake on Sandown Road at A3056 Newport Road. Also  Southern Water has begun works on Newport Road, between the Lake Morrisons roundabout and Apse Heath. Two-way temporary traffic lights have been installed for the duration of the work.

In Sandown Due to works by Wightfibre, the Broadway, Sandown is subject to two-way temporary traffic lights near its junction with Queens Road.

There are plenty of other roadworks that are put in from time to time with no notice. Please take care.
